How much caffeine is in very black coffee?

I’m talking about caffeine content in a cup of coffee where one cup of water was poured into the coffee maker, and one cup of crushed coffee beans was used.
On a side note, what would you call this formula? Very black coffee, or does it already have a name?

I know that white vinegar cleans out coffee pots very well?

I drink alot of coffee and am into colon cleansings. I am about to deliver myself an enema with white vinegar. Is this a good idea?
