Hi, everyone!
I have found mold inside my coffee maker. How do I clean it with? With vinegar or with something else?
Thank you,

I would scrub at it with a sponge and some dish soap. Rinse it, then mix some vinegar with water and run the pot like normal (without coffee of couse) then run it a few more times with just water.

  2. Loddjobs great and small says:

Get some C.L.R works on many cleaning probles, soap scum, lime build up, rust, lots of use around the house

  3. MAttsprat says:

USE CLOREX – THEN RUN THROUGH WITH VINEGAR
THEN THREE TIMES WITH JUST WATER-JOB DONE

  4. OfficeMom says:

white vinegar is the best, however you can use the daker kind.

I have also run a cup of bleach mixed with the rest water–let it sit in your coffee maker a little bit then run it through your maker. Follow with vinegar so it wont smell like bleach.

vinegar run it through several times should clean everything up

maeve is right. using vinegar after soap and water will clean and kill mold. i wouldn’t use bleach or other chemicals as they could leach into the plastic parts of the coffee maker, break the seal on the pot and get into your coffee.
